When is payment due?
Payment is due within 24 hours of placing order. Due to the time sensitive nature of coupons it is preferred that payment is made as soon as order is placed or invoice received. If you have any problem submitting payment please contact me immediately otherwise I will assume you have no intention of paying and your order will be cancelled. Any order not paid within 24 hours will be canceled.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I am currently only accepting instant payments through Paypal (No eCheck). Please make sure that your address is confirmed through Paypal before ordering as my account will not accept any payments from an unconfirmed address. I will only ship to the address provided with the Paypal payment. It is your responsibility to make sure your address through Paypal is correct before submitting payment.

When will my order ship?
All whole coupon insert orders will be shipped within 24 hours or 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders for individual clipped coupons may take an additional day to process depending on the size of the order. I will always do my best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Keep in mind the sooner your payment is received the sooner your order will ship. Orders will only be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address included with payment - NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct through Paypal before submitting payment. Please make sure you allow enough time to receive coupons before their expiration date as refunds will not be issued for coupons received after they expire.

How often are new coupons added?
Whole coupon inserts are available to order the Friday before they come out on Sunday. Individual clipped coupons from Sunday's inserts are added by Wednesday and other individual clipped coupons are added as they become available. If you do not see what you are looking for you can email me to see if it is available.

Will you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, I am happy to combine shipping on any orders. In order to take advantage of combined shipping please follow these instructions: Place all the items you would like to purchase into the shopping cart and click "Submit Order". The next screen directs you to make payment through Paypal. DO NOT pay at this time (you can close out of the screen). I will receive an email with the details of your order and will send an invoice through Paypal with the shipping charges adjusted. If you pay for multiple listings before receiving an invoice you will over pay on the shipping charges and this amount cannot be refunded. If you place an order after 9pm EST you will not receive a combined shipping adjusted invoice until the following morning. Adjusted combined shipping invoices must be manually sent and unfortunately I do have to sleep.

How can I leave feedback?
Buyers who pay instantly through Paypal after placing an order will receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a subject line that reads "Rate your transaction for seller cathyscouponcorner". The email will contain a link that will direct the buyer to leave feedback. Unfortunately, buyers who purchase multiple listings and pay through the Paypal invoice that is sent do not receive this email and are not able to leave feedback.

An item was listed on your site but now I cannot find it?
Many inserts and coupons sell out quickly. Once an item is sold out and no longer available it is removed from the site.

How do I cancel my order if I changed my mind?
If you have placed an order that has not been paid for and wish to cancel please send me an email with your request to cancel. I cannot cancel any orders that have already been paid for so please be sure you want the item before paying.

Is there a minimum order?
In order for me to be able to continue to offer my clipping services a minimum order of $3.00 is necessary. This minimum is before shipping charges so please make sure your order meets this minimum to avoid cancellation.

Why can't I change the quantity when trying to order?
If you are trying to order a quantity larger than what is available in stock you will get a message stating: ERROR: THE SELLER HAS ONLY X QUANTITY FOR................. The website is set up to not allow anyone to order more than what is available. There are times when it takes awhile for the inventory to adjust after an order has been placed. So, if an item shows a quantity of 1 available and you place an order for that item it is possible to go back into the website and it will still show a quantity of 1 because the inventory has not adjusted to 0. Please do not place multiple orders for the same item when it clearly shows that only 1 is available.

What are the shipping / handling charges?
Shipping cost for whole inserts will vary depending on the thickness of the inserts. Normally I can fit between 20-30 whole inserts in a USPS Priority flat rate envelope for $5.60. Any whole inserts that will not fit in a flat rate envelope will ship in a USPS Medium Flat Rate box for $12.35 or a USPS Large Flat Rate box for $16.85. I can ship approximately 30-40 individual clipped coupons for $.50 depending on the weight and thickness of the coupons ordered. Any order of 100+ clipped coupons will be shipped USPS First Class package rate and include delivery confirmation. An administrative fee of $.30 has been added to the shipping charge of each listing. This fee is only charged once for each order when the combined shipping instructions are followed.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours or 1 business day of receiving payment. I have no control over the postal system so cannot guarantee when an order will be received. The expiration dates are clearly listed in the title and description of each listing so please make sure you give enough time to receive coupons before they expire. Refunds will not be given for coupons that are received after they expire so if you think you may not receive them in time please do not order.
